For the past 18 years, Professor Reisberg has been at Northeastern University where she is the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and Retention and the Director of Women in Engineering. As the advisor for Northeastern’s Society of Women Engineers chapter, she has guided many young women into becoming successful engineers and leaders.

Prior to joining Northeastern University, Reisberg held a wide range of management positions in IBM and Hanover Insurance, and was the President of a high tech start-up company.

One of Professor Reisberg’s favorite moments was when a former student that she was advising called her about becoming a Rhodes Scholar. As a role model to women and students alike in the Engineering Department and as Northeastern’s Advisor to the Society of Women Engineers, Professor Reisberg remarked that it deepens her fortitude to be inspiring and helping others.
